解決策

This is a “no boot” situation, people. The NT Boot Loader can’t be found when the Volume Boot Record tries to load it. Several possible reasons, and lots of how-to articles for this one if you search, e.g.: http://tinyempire.com/notes/ntldrismissing.htm
